About Walu House
Walu meaning “SUN GODDESS” is a newly built luxury holiday home just a 3-minute walk to the pristine white sandy shores of Boomerang Beach. Popular with swimmers, sun lovers, beachcombers and surfers. Boomerang Beach is one of the small villages that lies within the larger area of Pacific Palms and was awarded second place for the Best Beach by Tourism Australia in 2023.
Wake to the sound of soothing waves and gorgeous sunrise views on all 3 levels of this home. Walu House has that luxe holiday escape feeling all year round.
The ground floor is set aside for exercise and pampering with a full-size sauna, gym, and ice bath (ice bath currently out of action). There are also outdoor showers at the front door to wash off salt/sand after beach swims.
The first level boasts tropical vibes in the living and dining room, spacious designer kitchen with walk in pantry, powder room and separate family room overlooking the pool with all areas having air conditioning and ceiling fans. This level also has a large entertainment deck with pool, outdoor bar/kitchen, BBQ, dining table, outdoor fireplace and various relaxation stations complemented by sumptuous lounges/chairs and beanbags. This deck is ideal for entertaining in all seasons.
The second level or sleep zone has 4 bedrooms consisting of a master with king bed, balcony, walk-in robe, air con and ceiling fan and large ensuite including a luxurious freestanding bath. There is another king room and 2 other queen bedrooms all with air con and ceiling fans, a full-size bathroom, a separate WC, and laundry.

Rates are for 8 adults.
Cleaning Fee of $500
Security Fee of $2000
Midweek: $1000 per night, with a 3 night minimum stay
Weekends: $1300 per night, with a 2 night minimum stay
Long Weekends: $1200 per night with a 3 night minimum
NSW school holidays : Minimum 5- 7 night booking

Spacious designer kitchen including everything you need for your stay, complete with a Nespresso Coffee Machine.
Little Ones
Leave some room in the back of your car as we have it all sorted for you. Travel cot, high chair, stair safety gates, games, beach toys, cool cabana and a beach wagon are all supplied to help you and your little ones have an enjoyable stay at Walu House.
Pool
A private fully fenced plunge pool is included in our outdoor entertaining area complete with outdoor kitchen/bar, fireplace and BBQ. The pool is also conveniently placed in front of the family room ensuring you can see the kids at all times.
Wifi & Foxtel
High speed Wi-Fi, Foxtel, Netflix and various streaming platforms are available. Sony soundbars are conviently placed in the main lounge and in the outdoor entertaining area
Linen & Towels Provided
All bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided.

Walu House supplies you with luxe bodywash, bath soak, shampoo and conditioner along with essential pantry items.

Amazing Place

Walking
Myall Lakes National Park and Booti Booti National Park all border Pacific Palms. With the mix of pristine white sandy beaches, sub tropical rain forests and three lake systems, you are sure to be lost in the beauty of your surrounds.
Beaches
Nearby Elizabeth Beach has a north facing aspect, providing calm swell and is patrolled during the summer months. Advanced surfers favourite spots are Seal Rocks, Celitios, Oldbar and Treachary, all within half an hour of Walu House.
Golf
Nearby Sandbar is perfect for beginners. It’s tree covered dunes and kangaroo lined 9 hole course will make for a memorable day out. For the more experienced and serious golfer, Tallwoods to the north and Hawks Nest to the south are two 18 hole Championship Courses to enjoy. Closer to town is the seaside course of Forster or the picturesque Tuncurry. Social players can take the challenge most days of the week and visiting golfers are always welcome to participate in competitions at both clubs
Lakes
Serene lakes and calm waters are popular for picnics, boating, fishing and SUP riders. The hardest decision will be which gorgeous spot to choose from Smiths, Myall or Wallis Lakes.
Restaurants
Sips at Mobys, Drift Cafe at Blueys, Kembali Cafe and Pacific Palms Recreation Club (affectionately known as The Recky) in Elizabeth Beach are some of the local favorites. Spice Monkey is a short 20 minutes drive to Forster or stay in for a home delivered Hueys Pizza

Pacific Palms hosts idyllic backdrops of beach and bushlands, the natural beauty of palm forest ceremony locations in Green Cathedral, stunning sunsets and exceptional venues of Pavillion and Sugarloaf Point Lighthouse, create the perfect setting for your special day. Walu House’s natural light filled areas are perfect for make up artists and the ideal setting for pre wedding photos for the bridal party.
